B. BANKING CORPORATE FINANCE   F. SPECIAL PROJECTS
Banking law advice, Loan documentation, Asset based finance, Construction finance, Off- balance sheet and lease transactions, project financing and leasing, debt instruments, rescheduling.
 
  Consults as a resource person and facilitator, for the Nigerian Shippers’ Council, the National Maritime Authority, the Nigerian Ports Authority, the Nigerian Freight Forwarders Association, the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping and other Maritime Institutions, on Maritime related issues, amongst others.
C. OIL AND GAS   G. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Active involvement in the Nigerian oil and gas sector where we act for a number of North American, British and French clients.   Registration, Protection, use of enforcement of trademarks, copyright, patents, design and trade secrets; licensing, technology transfer, media law, packaging, labelling, manufacturing and distribution agreements.
D. LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION   H. MARITIME
Disputes relating to commercial transactions, corporate affairs, banking, intellectual property, building and construction, contracts, employment, shipping, trade, criminal law, land law and all other aspects of the Nigerian practice.   Arrests of Vessels, Release of Vessels, Maritime claims and Insurance, License processing for oil lifting, Registration and preparation of agreements, notorization of shipping documents.
